Cobranding ApplicationsThe 511 logo may be used in conjunction with a partner's brand (co-branding) provided that all of the Toolbox guidelines are followed, AND the partner takes into account additional co-branding considerations. Except as otherwise approved or requested in writing by SACOG, the 511 logo must be used in a dominant position when promoting 511 services. This means that the 511 logo must be either in a primary position graphically, or the size difference between the logos must be sufficient to give the 511 logo and brand dominance. Ideally, the 511 logo will be used as the primary branding, with the partner logo used as a sponsorship "tag." Good examples of use can be found in the way that the 511 logo interacts with the SACOG logo on the printed items in the Toolbox library. Typefaces on co-branded materials should utilize the 511-approved Franklin Gothic family of typefaces. Colors should be 511 colors. The partner logo MUST be outside the buffer zone designated for the 511 logo-in no way may the two logos be merged. Printed items that are to be co-branded should be consistent with the overall graphic "look and feel" of 511 printed items and should not utilize art styles or clip art that would detract from the overall 511 brand. |
